Death is the separation of our souls from our body.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to 

heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is 

the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped 

it. And that is as it should be, because Death is verylikely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change 

agent. It clears out the old to make way for the

In Hinduism, incarnation refers to its rebirth doctrine, 

and in its theistic traditions to avatar. Avatar literally 

means "descent, alight, to make one's appearance", and 

refers to the embodiment of the essence of a 

superhuman being or a deity in another form.

According to the karma you will be reborn in higher or 

lower form in your next birth.

What does the bible say about death?

The body turns to dust, and the breath of life goes back 

to God.

Ecclesiastes 12:7, இவ்விதமாய் மண்ணானது தான்

முன்னிருந்த பூமிக்குத் திரும்பி, ஆவி தன்னனத்

தந்த ததவனிடத்திற்கு மறுபடியும் தபாகாததற்கு

முன்னும், அவனை உன் வாலிபப்பிைாயத்திதே

நினன.

Ecclesiastes 3:20, எல்ோம் ஒதை இடத்துக்குப்

தபாகிறது; எல்ோம் மண்ணிதே உண்டாகிறது, 

எல்ோம் மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புகிறது.

Genesis 3:19, நீ பூமியிலிருந்து

எடுக்கப்பட்டபடியால், நீ பூமிக்குத் திரும்புமட்டும்

உன் முகத்தின் தவர்னவயால் ஆகாைம் புசிப்பாய்; நீ

மண்ணாயிருக்கிறாய், மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புவாய்

என்றார்.

Psalm 104:29, நீர் உமது முகத்னத மனறக்க, 

தினகக்கும்; நீர் அனவகளின் சுவாசத்னத

வாங்கிக்ககாள்ள, அனவகள் மாண்டு, தங்கள்

மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்பும்.

The Bible states and compares death to sleep more than 

fifty times. After death we are asleep, we are 

unconscious and we are not aware of the passing of 

time or of what is going on around us. That is what 

death is like as well. 

Ecclesiastes 9:5, உயிதைாடிருக்கிறவர்கள் தாங்கள்

மரிப்பனத அறிவார்கதள, மரித்தவர்கள் ஒன்றும்

அறியார்கள்; இனி அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு

பேனுமில்னே, அவர்கள் தபர் முதோய்

மறக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

Psalms 146:4, அவனுனடய ஆவி பிரியும், அவன்

தன் மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புவான்; அந்நாளிதே

அவன் தயாசனனகள் அழிந்துதபாம்.

Psalms 115:17, மரித்தவர்களும் மவுனத்தில்

இறங்குகிற அனனவரும் கர்த்தனைத் துதியார்கள்.

Jesus said in the parable of rich Fool in Luke 12:20-21, 

“But God said to him, ‘You fool! You will die this very 

night. Then who will get everything you worked for?’ 

21 “Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but 

not have a rich relationship with God.”

ததவதனா அவனன தநாக்கி: மதிதகடதன, உன்

ஆத்துமா உன்னிடத்திலிருந்து இந்த

இைாத்திரியிதே எடுத்துக் ககாள்ளப்படும், 

அப்கபாழுது நீ தசகரித்தனவகள் யாருனடயதாகும்

என்றார். 21. ததவனிடத்தில்

ஐசுவரியவானாயிைாமல், தனக்காகதவ

கபாக்கிஷங்கனளச் தசர்த்துனவக்கிறவன்

இப்படிதய இருக்கிறான் என்றார்.

Death Is an Enemy

2 Corinthians 5:1-8,

Death is not really normal or natural even though it is a 

persistent fact of human history. Why? 

Because man was created by God to be as union of 

body, soul, and spirit to live forever in fellowship with 

Him. This is the natural, normal state that God planned 

for man. 

1 Corinthians 15:25-26, எல்ோச் சத்துருக்கனளயும்

தமது பாதத்திற்குக் கீழாக்கிப்தபாடும்வனைக்கும், 

அவர் ஆளுனககசய்யதவண்டியது. 26. பரிகரிக்கப்

படுங்கனடசிச் சத்துரு மைணம்.

According to Scripture, death is an enemy, the last 

enemy to be conquered by God, and as such, it is the 

result of a cause, the result of sin and the fall of the 

human race. 

How is death our enemy? 

1. It separates man from his body

2. It’s the result of sin and Satan's attack on man who 

was created in the image of God to fellowship with Him 

forever.

3. Death separates us from our loved ones,

Why death?

Death is the result of sin.

Romans 6:23,பாவத்தின் சம்பளம் மைணம்; 

ததவனுனடய கிருனபவைதமா

நம்முனடய கர்த்தைாகிய இதயசுகிறிஸ்துவினால்

உண்டான நித்தியஜீவன்.

Hebrews 9:27, அன்றியும், ஒதைதைம் மரிப்பதும், 

பின்பு நியாயத்தீர்ப்பனடவதும், மனுஷருக்கு

நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறபடிதய,

The whole world is subject to death, because all have 

sinned.

Romans 5:12, இப்படியாக, ஒதை மனுஷனாதே

பாவமும் பாவத்தினாதே மைணமும் உேகத்திதே

பிைதவசித்ததுதபாேவும், எல்ோ மனுஷரும்

பாவஞ்கசய்தபடியால், மைணம் எல்ோருக்கும்

வந்ததுதபாேவும் இதுவுமாயிற்று.

Jesus while He was on the earth He called them as 

sleeping not as dead.

Matthew 9:18-26 a girl raised to life after death.

V24-25, விேகுங்கள், இந்தச் சிறுகபண்

மரிக்கவில்னே, நித்தினையாயிருக்கிறாள் என்றார். 

அதற்காக அவனைப்பார்த்து நனகத்தார்கள்.

ஜனங்கள் கவளிதய துைத்தப்பட்டபின்பு, அவர்

உள்தள பிைதவசித்து அந்தச் சிறுகபண்ணின்

னகனயப்பிடித்தார்; உடதன அவள்

எழுந்திருந்தாள்.

Mark 5 Jairus daughter who was dead raised to life.

Mark 5:39, உள்தள பிைதவசித்து: நீங்கள்

சந்தடிபண்ணி அழுகிறகதன்ன? பிள்னள

மரிக்கவில்னே, நித்தினையாயிருக்கிறாள் என்றார்.

John 11 Lazarus death and resurrection

John 11:11-14, இனவகனள அவர் கசால்லியபின்பு

அவர்கனள தநாக்கி: நம்முனடய சிதநகிதனாகிய

ோசரு நித்தினையனடந்திருக்கிறான், நான் அவனன

எழுப்பப்தபாகிதறன் என்றார். 12. அதற்கு

அவருனடய சீஷர்கள்: ஆண்டவதை, 

நித்தினையனடந்திருந்தால் சுகமனடவான்

என்றார்கள். 13. இதயசுவானவர் அவனுனடய

மைணத்னதக் குறித்து அப்படிச் கசான்னார்; 

அவர்கதளா நித்தினை கசய்து

இனளப்பாறுகிறனதக் குறித்துச் கசான்னாகைன்று

நினனத்தார்கள். 14. அப்கபாழுது இதயசு

அவர்கனள தநாக்கி: ோசரு மரித்துப்தபானான்

என்று கவளிப்பனடயாய்ச் கசால்லி;

But the bible does call the person away from the Lord as 

dead.The parable of Prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32

Luke 15:32, உன் சதகாதைனாகிய இவதனா

மரித்தான், திரும்பவும் உயிர்த்தான்;

காணாமற்தபானான், திரும்பவும் காணப்பட்டான்; 

ஆனபடியினாதே, நாம் சந்ததாஷப்பட்டு

மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்க தவண்டுதம என்று கசான்னான்

என்றார்.

Separation from God is dead.

God had put eternity in our hearts. 

Ecclesiastes 3:11, He has made everything beautiful in 

its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except 

that no one can find out the work that God does from 

beginning to end.

அவர் சகேத்னதயும் அதினதின் காேத்திதே

தநர்த்தியாகச் கசய்திருக்கிறார்; உேகத்னதயும்

அவர்கள் உள்ளத்திதே னவத்திருக்கிறார்; ஆதோல்

ததவன் ஆதிமுதல் அந்தம்மட்டும் கசய்துவரும்

கிரினயனய மனுஷன் கண்டுபிடியான்.
